Please note the parent helper Rota on the programme. If you cannot make your allocated week, please arrange a swap with another parent and then let us know. It is vital that you let Andy know if you are unavailable or can’t find a swap as ratios must be maintained for the meeting to go ahead.

Please Note
Uniform and Refreshments
Please ensure your Beaver always wears full uniform unless otherwise advised. This year, to save time during our meetings, we are asking Beavers to bring a water bottle with a drink in it to each meeting. We will continue to provide a biscuit or snack but it would be very helpful if the Beavers could bring their own drink. When we are offsite and not meeting at our usual venues please ensure your Beaver brings their own drink and snack with them.
Behaviour
Beavers’ activities should be great fun and we want to keep everyone safe, please remind your Beavers that they are expected to behave sensibly, respectfully and safely for all sessions. All the Beavers were given a Code of Conduct card at our first meeting and we would appreciate it if you could discuss this with your Beaver at home. Thank you for your support with this.
